The San Antonio Bailliage offers fine dining events in the best local restaurants, hotels and other venues. The menus are created exclusively for our members by San Antonio's finest chefs, many of whom are also members of the Chaîne organization.
The interaction between our professional and non-professional members distinguishes La Chaîne from other organizations. Professional members create the atmosphere, prepare the food, and are responsible for the quality of drink that is served. The non-professional, culinary enthusiasts enjoy the extraordinary talents of the professionals along with guest visits from vintners and chefs world-wide.
